The pages in this section guide you through the steps you need to take and outline benefit changes you should consider as you experience certain Life Events.
If you need to make a change to your coverage as the result of a Life Event, you must notify the Fund Office within 30 days of the event and complete an Enrollment Change Form. Any changes you make will be effective as of the date of the event, if you notify the Fund Office within 30 days. If you notify the Fund Office more than 30 days after the event, coverage will be provided but retroactive coverage is not guaranteed.
